No student should absent himself /herself from class without sufficient reasons.
A student who is absent for one day should produce the leave note to his/her respective class teacher briefly mentioning the reason in the diary leave page.
Parents of those students who are absent for three consecutive days should produce a written leaving letter to the Class Teacher.
Parents of those students who are absent for more than Five days due to illness should produce a written leave letter along with medical certificate to the principal.
The names of the students who are absent for more than 15 days without intimation will be removed from the roll and they are unlikely to be re-admitted.
Kindly avoid requesting leaves even for few hours in a day as attendance is compulsory for entire day and it affects the child’s progress and diminishes his / her interest for regular hard work.
Those who return to school after absenting themselves without prior permission shall not enter the class without the leave note countersigned by the Principal.
All students must be present on the first day when the school reopens for each term.
The students are not allowed to go out of the campus during school hours, including recess time.
